Delivery
Every price on the site includes postage to any address on the UK mainland (England, Scotland and Wales). There is nothing to add at checkout.
We cannot post to Northern Ireland, the Scottish islands, the Isle of Wight, the Isles of Scilly, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or anywhere outside the UK.
Everything is printed to order, so please allow a few days for your item to be printed, checked and packed before it is posted. You will get an email when your parcel is on its way, with tracking details where the service provides them.
Colours
Any item can be printed in the colour of your choice at no extra cost. Pick a colour when you add the item to your basket, or tell us in the notes at checkout. If you do not say, it will be printed as shown in the photos.
Returns
If your order arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email steve@quantumquirks.co.uk within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will put it right with a replacement or a refund.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have the right to cancel an order for a standard shop item within 14 days of receiving it. Items must be returned unused and in their original condition. Items printed to your own file or specification are made to order and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
